The INNspira (INNspire) project, developed by the National Institute of Dwarfism (INN) with the support of the Alok Institute, is a pioneering initiative aimed at promoting health, well-being, and inclusion through regular physical activities tailored to the specific needs of people with dwarfism.
The initiative will offer weekly live online classes, as well as multidisciplinary support in nutrition, psychology, physiotherapy, and physical education. Participants will receive support materials and equipment to encourage sports practice and promote positive lifestyle changes.
Throughout the program, participants will also receive continuous support and monitoring to measure the impact on health and well-being indicators. More than just a one-time action, INNspira represents an important step in building a sustainable model of social inclusion and well-being for people with dwarfism in Brazil.
