Alok Institute and Feira Preta Institute join efforts to enable two units of Casa PretaHub (PretaHub Houses), an accelerator and incubator for black people’s entrepreneurship. It is a hub of creativity, inventiveness, and black people’s trends.
It is an evolution of the 19-year experience of Feira Preta, the largest black culture and economy event in Latin America. Casa PretraHub is a complete space that offers structure for a digital transformation of businesses created by black entrepreneurs.
It is expected that access to the programs and equipment of Casa PretaHub will generate a 30% increase in local black people’s income, contributing to social, cultural, and economic mobility.
