The WAAW by Alok – sound equipment brand – in partnership with Alok Institute has become a Friend Company, joining the support network for the Amigos do Bem (Friends of Good, in english) project, which has been transforming lives in the Brazilian hinterlands (Alagoas, Pernambuco, and Ceará) for 30 years, serving over 150,000 people every month through continuous actions in Education, Employment, Water, Housing, and Health.

• Education – serving 10,000 children and young people
• Income Generation – over 1,500 jobs created
• Access to water – drilling artesian wells, building cisterns, and distributing water with tanker trucks
• Housing – building houses and 4 Cities of Good with complete infrastructure
• Health – medical, dental, and ophthalmic care for thousands of people.
